The Glass Asylum

Inside the hot shop at The Glass Asylum, instructors show students how to draw molten glass from the furnace, manipulating the malleable material through a steel pipe. The studio offers something for artists of all experience levels. Classes cater to beginners, whereas open-studio sessions invite experienced glass artists to independently develop works of art. For those who just want to dip their toes into glass blowing, The Glass Asylum's shorter workshops can be a great experience for corporate events, birthdays, or special outings.
