Liquid Lipo is a water-based fat-removal system that delivers results similar to conventional liposuction but without the downtime or side effects such as bruising or swelling. The treatment begins with an initial consultation with a physician, who can determine whether the patient is a good candidate for the procedure. Once approved, the surgeon applies a local anesthetic and makes a small incision in the fat layer that lies just below the skin's surface. A water jet is then used to flush fat cells from the area, which helps promote tightening of the skin.
