The Healthologist

Throughout his life, Eric Paul Meredith has become an expert at setting goals and seeing them through to achievement. As a boy, he was inspired by his father—a Chicago police officer—and his mother—who made every meal from scratch—to keep himself physically fit and learn to cook. After a tour of duty in the US Navy and the acquisition of a comfortable corporate job, Meredith was reminded of his real passion and left it all to become a registered dietician, classically trained chef, and certified trainer. Today, he shares his extensive expertise with clients, helping them not only to lose weight but also to live healthier lifestyles on a larger scale. In addition to his regular services, he focuses on helping to end the childhood-obesity epidemic with youth exercise demonstrations and an original school-assembly program](!kids/cxfc).
