The Healthy Beli’s organic juice bar churns out glasses of pure carrot juice ($4.50–$5.50) and 11 juice blends, such as the Muscle Recovery concoction made from apples, beets, celery, and carrots ($6.95–$8.95). The menu also features cafe favorites including salads, wraps, rice and beans, and burgers crafted from bison or grass-fed beef.
