Denise this Groupon offering can only be applied to our open yoga classes: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9am, Monday & Wednesday evening at 6pm and Saturday & Sunday at 10 am. They cannot be used for any other classes. The good news is that our drop-in rate on the Zumba classes is only $8 and those classes are on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday at 9am. Jeanne and Ana are both amazing Zumba instructors. Hope you can come out and try bothe classes.

Forgive my ignorance, but is this the yoga class where the room is extremely hot? Thank you, Helen

Helen, this is not a hot yoga or Bikram class. The room is kept at a very comfortable temperature and has overhead ceiling fans for those who have a tendency to get hot or have flashes.
