For the punch card, is it valid just once per calendar month, and if you don't use it you lose it? Or can the 12 punches be used any time over the course of a year? Also, would the punch card be eligible for take out or dine-in only?

Hi Daniel. The pizza is one punch per month. So if you use January's punch on January 31st, you can use February on February1st. I hope this helps.

Is this valid for your Chapel Hill Location ? Do you have any locations closer than the Burlington/Graham area ?
