The centre's elliptical trainers, treadmills, and stationary bikes elevate pulses and fortify hearts, comprising one half of a workout completed by free weights and Technogym resistance machines. A few laps in the 40-foot saline swimming pool followed by a relaxing sit in either the sauna or steam room eases visitors’ minds by keeping their vestigial gills moist. Beyond the amenity-laden changing rooms stocked with various bath and haircare products, the club also features grace notes such as squash courts and a private sundeck with beverage service.
