The Hotel Does not provide parking, however, there are many inexpensive parking options available. The Macdonald Estates Parkade (directly beside the Hotel) offers members of the Health Club a discount on parking under 4 hours when they show their membership card, there are many meter parking spaces within walking distance of the Hotel and Scotia Place and the Telus Building offer cheaper rates on weekends and after 6 PM.

Are the towels and robes available in the change room or do you need to request them each time? And are they proper bathsheets or smaller towels (I love the idea of not carrying my damp towel around each day)

The Bathrobes are available by request at the Health Club Reception Desk and the towels are provided in the changerooms, Fitness Facitlity and Pool Facility.

Your plan says "day locker with lock provided, so during what time of the day I can use the locker for free? If I want to use the locker after this hours, I'll be charged $20 per month? Please clairfy your policy on locker usage. Thanks!

The lockers are free while you are using the facility. If your belonging are there while you are not, then the locker will be emptied and the contents sent to lost and found. If you wish to have your belongings here while you are not, then we recommend purchasing a monthly locker rental.

The Health Club is a key card access facility. The fitness facility is accessable 24 hours a day. The pool and heat experiences are open from 5 AM until 11 PM, except for sunday, when the pool facility closed at 7:45 PM for Maintanence. There is an attendant available to assist you with any of your questions or needs from 8 AM until 9 PM, seven days a week.

Where is the Hotel is the health club located? Do we go straight there to set up our membership or to the front desk?

The Macdonald Health Club is located on the lower level of the Hotel. To set up your membership, visit the Health Club desk in the Health Club between 8 AM and 9 PM and one of our Coordinators will be happy to assist you with setting up your membership.

Yes, we do have a free trial. You are welcome to visit our facility and get a tour of our amenaties as well as try our facility and equipment out.

The fine print says "Expires 120 days after purchase". I'm wondering whether that means the you can purchase the groupon and then redeem it, lets say in 90 days, and still have a 3 month membership.

As long as you have contacted the business prior to the expiration date, the business should still honor your Groupon for its full value. Hope that helps!

The expiry date is for when you redeem your groupon. To recieve the groupon deal, you must redeem your groupon within 120 days of purchase; once you redeem your groupon (for either your one month or three month membership) it will begin from that date and will end only after 30 or 90 days, depending on which deal you purchased.
