Can more than one groupon be used on one visit? I have a family of four and would like to buy a groupon for each of us.

@TristaD: Like “The Fine Print” says, “Limit 6 per person.” That means you can use up to 6 Groupons on one visit.

If I buy a voucher on Sunday (i.e. now), can I use it to go to the zoo on Sunday afternoon or will it only be valid from Monday?

Nuts! Yesterday I bought (4) Groupons for the zoo, and the $28.00 shows up on my online bank statement. HOWEVER, the tickets aren’t showing up in my account so I can print them out. If for some reason I bought them as a “guest,” (rather than being logged in), how do I retrieve them so I can print? Thanks in advance.

That’s strange. Not sure why they’re not showing up. If they still don’t show up by tomorrow please feel free to contact our customer service team. They’ll get to the bottom of it:

Email Groupon at support@groupon.com or call 1 (877) 788-7858 (during normal business hours, central time)

Thanks Caroline. Even if I didn’t “sign in,” when I purchased the tickets, I still had to type my email address in the box, yet no confirmation has shown up via email, either. I’ll take your advice and see what happens tomorrow. I appreciate the quick response!
