Choose Between Two Options

During personal co-training appointments, trainers draw up tailored fitness plans and supervise small groups of clients, giving each one individual attention. Co-training is augmented by Re-Energizer Bootcamp sessions that kick heart rates up into target zones and challenge muscles with one-hour workouts filled with plyometrics, core work, strength exercises, and cardio drills. Classes are scheduled Monday through Saturday, and adapt their routines every two weeks to account for students’ progress.
