If there are openings it will show up on the list when you click on the "Buy" button. All of the scheduling is handled through Groupon's system, so I can't check here at the studio. You can always contact their customer service if you're still having trouble.

Is rescheduling the date allowed? My boyfriend works in snow removal, which makes working unpredictable... We would make it if it doesn't snow. Or would a good alternative be to simply bring another person?

The best alternative would be to have someone else who is able to come with you. Since we only have a limited number of classes there may or may not be space available on other dates. I'd hate to have you plan a backup date only to find that the class is full. We'll do what we can to help anyone with emergency situations, but scheduling is going to be tight!

There are 4 couples per class, and we have 5 wheels. If the class is full we will take turns.

I would Love Love to get this for my daughter Whois an artist and has always wanted to experience pottry making. She is a student at University in Wisconsin and returns to school January. 20th. Would she be able to attend the January 18 class and have time to glaze it either before she leaves for school or during her break the week of March 25th?

Most people will actually glaze their pots at the class, as we have colors that can be used on wet clay. If she would prefer to have her pot fired then return to glaze it when she is back in March, that would be fine, too (there is just a $7 studio fee for the return visit).

We do offer classes for kids, but these Groupon sessions are for adults. There is a class for kids coming up on January 25. Check out the Events page on our website, www.TheMudRoom.us, for info and to register.

For the groupon offer there are only weekend dates available. We offer private appointments at other times for $95/couple. You would need to contact the studio directly at 616-682-9706 or info@themudroom.us to check on dates when the instructor is available.
