This Groupon is valid at The Paintball Park's locations in Camp Pendleton, Miramar, or 29 Palms.

The Paintball Park equips participants with all the necessary equipment needed for a day of game-based people painting. Along with covering admission fees and air refills, both packages supply players with a paintball gun, safety gear, and paintballs filled with sloshing pigments scraped from actual Renaissance masterworks.

Shooters can stay hidden on the vast, rough Camp Pendleton terrain by wearing a military-style camouflage jacket or exhibit gun-based artistry in Miramar's Old West–themed Deadwood course or outside of barren houses in 29 Palms' desert course. A variety of fully refereed games, including the classic capture the flag, can challenge both novice and advanced shooters as they bond with friends, settle scores, and dramatically recolor faded jeans. Games last around 15–25 minutes, with dedicated players able to average 12–16 games in a full day. Participants who run out of ammunition can opt to purchase additional paintballs (not included in this Groupon) or soggy grapes at the facilities. Visit each location's website for scheduling information on civilian walk-on public game sessions.

Nonmilitary personnel are welcome on the bases with a proper driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Security at Miramar may require you to retrieve a visitor's pass.

The Paintball Park

Barricades, bunkers, trenches, and heavy brush provide ample cover for firing off shots at opponents, ducking from overhead fire, or meeting to discuss how to get the pizza-delivery man into the fortress unharmed at The Paintball Park Games of elimination battles give players a chance to take out the other team while sprinting between the wreckage of tanks and helicopters.

Each of the Paintball Park's paintball fields has a distinct feel. Running beneath dinosaur sculptures lends to a carefree sensation, and trying to find an entrance in endless, gray castle walls evokes the sense that one is an ancient warrior who left his keys somewhere. Paintball Lite and Splatmaster allow kids and beginners alike the chance to try a lower-intensity variation of the action. In addition to the usual paint splatter, each October, The Paintball Park beckons zombie hunters to shoot at the undead as they try to escape through haunted trails. Camp Pendleton transforms with a haunted graveyard, hayride, laser tag, and kids activities delighting fear-seekers and children alike.
