A K.

2/18/09 performance at 8pm is on a Thursday – not a Friday.

@ A.K.

Thanks for pointing that out, we’ll go ahead and get that changed.

“You must bring your Groupon to the box office at least 48 hours ahead of your chosen show to receive your seats.”

Can I go anytime after I receive it? There’s nearly 1400 hours until the 2/14 performance. Is that too soon?

Adam S.

I tried to buy 2 tickets, but it tells me: “Good for 1 Ticket to The Philadelphia Orchestra on 1/15/10, 2/14/10, or 2/18/10”

When I click on ‘edit order’ I can change it to two, but then it still says 1 ticket on the my groupons tab. When I click on edit order again, it is back to saying 1 ticket.

Adam S.

Ok, I tried once more and now it is showing *-1 and *-2 on “my groupons” and clicking on edit order shows a 2 for the quantity.

Scott,

Good afternoon. You can either go to the box office in person or call to obtain your ticket(s). Just present your Groupon in person or reference your Groupon id number in the top right hand corner when you call and you’ll be taken care of.

Adam,

Sorry for the confusion. If it says 2 for the quantity you should be good, I am checking with customer service thought to be 100% positive. Thanks.

The same thing happened to that happened to Adam S. I think I purchased 2 tickets but it showed up as 1, then I tried to correct it. It now shows -1 and -2. I want 2 tickets to the Feb. 14 concert or else I would like to cancel. Thanks.

PAUL H.

I also have the same problem…it says good for 1 ticket to Phila Orchestra on 1/15/10,2/14/10 or 2/18/10. I paid for 2 tickets…and also I only want the 2/14/10 date…what if I can’t have that date? Diane

Good Afternoon,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Apparently there is a glitch that is being worked on and that is why it is showing up as only one ticket being purchased. You can email support@groupon.com and they’ll fix any problems you have. If you have not yet printed your Groupon, you can edit your order by going to ‘my groupons’ and clicking edit and adjusting the quantity that you would like.

@ Paul H/Diane you will be able to get to the 2/14/10 show with no issue. If you have any problems contact support@groupon.com and they’ll help you out.

Thanks,
Andy

PAUL H.

Hi Andy….it is not possible to edit the order….I clicked on edit purchase and it sends me back to the original “buy” page where I would have to start all over again and you guys already charged my credit card.

Adam S.

Mine still says that my order is processing.

@ Paul H. – send an email to support@groupon.com if it has not worked yet.

@ Adam S. – your order should be processed, send an email to support@groupon.com and they can check your order status.

Thanks for your patience, I apologize for any inconvenience. Have a nice weekend.

I’m looking forward to the concert—here’s hoping we don’t have more snow on Saturday!

I take it we don’t have to call ahead for our reservations as originally stated, right?
