Commonly Asked Questions

Can I claim a reciept for insurance purposes?

Elisa P. asked 3 months, 17 days, 9 hours, and 40 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cari K.

Hi Elisa, Both the Posture Analysis and the Massage options can be claimed on your insurance for half of the purchase price. We will issue you a receipt in our office for $19.50 for either of the voucher options when you come in to redeem your voucher. Any additional services such as chiropractic care, custom made orthotics as well as massage treatments are all provided by registered professionals and are eligible for coverage through your insurance. Hope to see you in the clinic!

More Questions and Answers

Hi, I'm a little confused as to why the insurance receipt provided is only for $19.50 and not the full amount we paid? I've purchased many massage groupons in the past and have always received a receipt for the full amount paid. Please clarify. Thanks!

The reason we only issue for 50% of the voucher is that you are actually paying Groupon 39.00 not us. Groupon then pays us 50% of that, which is $19.50. We can only issue receipts for money that we have actually collected. To do otherwise would actually constitute fraud. Sorry - at least you will have plenty of insurance left to use for future treatment! :)

I am an existing client but I never try the massage there, can I buy the groupon for massage, if so can I get a RMT receipt for insurance purpose?

Pui M. asked 3 months, 17 days, 1 hour, and 56 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cari K.

Hi Pui, If you have never had massage at the clinic, you may buy a voucher for massage and yes, you will be issued a receipt for $19.50 that you may submit to your insurance company. We look forward to seeing you at the clinic!
