How much is it if you need three tickets?

It would make sense that if you needed three tickets, you would have to buy two of the deals…

Gloria- With this deal, when you purchase 1 Groupon you get 2 entrance tickets. Unfortunately there is no way to buy just 1 entrance ticket.

Hopefully you can give/sell the extra to a friend or just sell at the gate…

Can you buy groupons for two separate sessions? E.g. on Thursday and for Saturday?

I’m new to groupon and purchased multiple sets for thursday night’s event. If my guests (two other groups of two) and I don’t arrive together, will they have problems redeeming a voucher with my name on it? I tried making them gifts but the page wouldn’t let me send multiple gifts out (or I couldn’t figure out how to do it).

I purchased 2 Groupons for Saturday nights event. I intend to give one set of tickets to my parents and use the other myself. Both printouts have my name on it. Will giving my parents one voucher count as ‘gifting’ it to them or did I need to do this on the system? Will we have trouble redemming our vouchers, even though they will be using one voucher and I will be using the other? We will all be arriving together.

You won’t have any problems, Emily. Groupons are transferrable and are tracked by ID number, not by the name on them.

Andrea L: I just called the Power Juncture Corporation, who are running the event, to ask them this question. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear from them. I think it might be difficult to manage if you aren’t arriving at the same time….but I’ll let you know as soon as I hear from them.

Emily F: This is ok, each Groupon (which is for 2 people) will have a different Groupon ID # on the voucher. As long as they have a valid ID (to show they are over 19 yrs of age) and the Groupon ID hasn’t been checked as used…you are good to go!

It says you can either use the 5 vouchers u get with your ticket for drinks or food. Is it possible to use them as a combination? Like 3 for drinks, 2 for food?

So just to confirm I CAN buy more than one groupon? Or no? This is my first time using and I want to make sure it’s ok for me to buy tickets for both Thursday and Saturday?

@AndreaN L. yes think of the vouchers like dollar bills. Each product at the Festival will be worth so many vouchers. You get 5 to begin with and you can purchase more if you wish at locations throughout the Distillery if you need more for 1$ each

Is it too late to make them gifts then? I wanted to do this initially, but couldn’t figure out how to put them as separate gifts (the website only seemed to let me give one gift).

Andrea L: You can email our customer support: Supper@groupon.com and ask them to help change internally. They will tell you how to proceed and can help with the voucher.
Otherwise, just make sure your guests arrive together to redeem the Groupon , the people at the front gate will be checking off ‘used’ based on the Groupon ID number associated w/ the voucher…even if all 3 of them have your name on it, the Groupon ID# will be different.

This is a perfectly timed Groupon! My friend and I just decided yesterday to attend on Fri. pm. I was very happy to see what today’s was!! Thanks Groupon!

I bought this for a friend…. and even though I had click “gift” my name is set as recipient. Since this is a gift will my friend have problems using these tickets?

question… I’d like to go on Thursday, but I won’t be free until 8 or so. When it says “6-11 pm”, does that mean that entrance is at 6 and six only? Like, is this the kind of event where I would need to arrive at six and it would actually take 5 hours to work my way around the vendors? Or is it more like it’s going to take me two or three hours, so I could arrive at 8 and expect have seen everything by 11?

Made a mistake while putting my order, I wanted 1 (2 tickets) for me and 1 (another 2 tickets) as a gift but I put both in a single order. will this be processed or what can I do?

Gabriela D: That is fine..just make sure your friend has a proper ID upon entrance. The front gate will be checking the Groupon ID code, not the name.

Marisa B: Shouldn’t be a problem to go for a couple hours.

Rafael P: that’s ok..just print out the Groupon and give it to your friends, or feel free to email them the second voucher. Only need to print out 1 for two people.

I’m driving 3 hours with some girlfriends to this event on Friday but our order got screwed up and now we’re left ticketless!

I purchased this Groupon for the later Saturday session yesterday night and I still don’t see a confirmation that it was purchased in my inbox. What do you suggest??

My boyfriend accidentally bought a Groupon for the Sat 12-5 session, but I would rather have the 6-11 session. Is there anyway I can trade? If anyone would like to trade, please let me know. Groupon, if it’s not possible to trade, is it possible to get a refund?

I accidentally bought them for the Thursday night session, but I want Saturday 12-5. What do I do??
