The classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. During the week, you can choose from 9:30a to 1:30p or 6p to 10p. On Saturday, you can choose from 10a to 2p or 2p to 6p

What does it mean when it says "up to 4 hours"? How is the class length determined?

The classes are in 4 hour blocks, and you are welcome to stay for the entire class. Since the majority of the time is spent behind the bar, we want people to know it is alright if they want to leave prior to the class ends.
