Exactly what do you mean semi permanent partial lashes? Will you not cover the entire top set of lashes? Also, are their permanent lashes available? I don't quite understand the promotion at cost of $39 fully.

Good morning, they are not permanent they will fall out naturally, the cat eye doesn't cover the full eye only the ends towards the ear (partial), their are no permanent eye lashes, their are three option: cat eye $39 partial / traditional $69 full set / mink $99 full st
