Superstition dictates that instead of wishing actors "good luck," you should tell them to "break a leg" or "stir me with your acting, you beautiful beast." Be moved with this GrouponLive deal to see Stripped – The Play at Saxe Theater. Performances are held at 11:59 p.m. every Tuesday–Saturday. Choose between the following options:

  • For $39, you get one ticket for general-admission seating at any performance (up to an $84.68 value, including all fees).
  • For $69, you get two tickets for general-admission seating at any performance (up to a $169.36 value, including all fees).

In a meta-theatrical take on the classic male revue, Stripped blends serious theater with a bachelorette-ready good time. Steve Savage, the troupe's fun-loving ringleader and MC, has a heavy backstory to handle: a former New York cop whose career was cut short by the September 11 attacks, the successful stripper now wonders how to leave his steamy corner of show business and settle down with his fiancée. Many of his peers are not pleased about his decision, from his fellow dancers to the owner of the strip club, who plans to take drastic measures to keep his most lucrative performer. Between all-out in-character performances, Steve struggles with crises of identity, love, and age, just like any more-clothed member of society.

Saxe Theater

Producer and V Theater owner David Saxe was born into Vegas show business, raised by a mother who danced at Les Folies Bergere and a father who led the band for the Rat Pack. Saxe’s V Theater runs its 12 concurrent shows in a 40,000-square-foot space divided into four showrooms on multiple floors, each retaining an intimate feeling with seating that brings the audience closer to performers and their exciting famous-person smell. Shows at the complex’s Saxe Theater pull out all the stops of the delightfully over-the-top Vegas tradition, heralded by a lobby that zaps visitors with all the neon, glitz, and backlit Roman pillars they can handle.

The V Theater’s current shows range from a seven-act, family-friendly Ultimate Variety Show to Marc Savard’s Comedy Hypnosis, an entertaining act where Savard persuades audience members to hilariously dance, act like animals, and ghostwrite his autobiography.
