Easy to deal with. They were up front about the turn around time. Good quality.

Technically savvy staff converts various videotape formats to long-lasting DVDs with labels and package on a flexible completion timetable.

Now that VHS is a dead video format, VCRs are mainly used to rewind balls of yarn and hide rectangular items from someone who already bought every Alan Alda film on DVD. Convert your VCR into a full-time storage chamber with today’s Groupon: for $20, you get two videotapes transferred to two DVDs from The Video Editor (a $40 value). Simply package your dusty videotapes up with your Groupon and send them via mail to the Newport Beach, California storefront. Shipping is not included.

Led by 39-year media stalwart Steve Kosch, who's worked with The Weather Channel, CNN, and ABC-TV, The Video Editor handles the nitty-gritty technical aspects of fine-tuning videos. Send in your videotapes and have The Video Editor technicians convert them into the DVD format, complete with the disc, labels, and packaging. The value of this Groupon ($40) can also be used toward other services, including transferring more-fickle fossils, such as 8 mm movie film, onto DVDs (a value of $9.98/3-inch reel, plus $9.98/two-hour DVD), or used toward amalgamating a memory-making DVD slideshow created from old photos or slides (starting at $129). The Video Editor staff has processed numerous videos, so you can rest assured that recordings will be handled with the utmost care. Watch nostalgic family footage or your corporate video manual with crystal-clear clarity through the duration of a DVD's life expectancy of up to 100 years.

The Video Editor's savvy staff has shot and edited videos in as quickly as a single day, and are ready and willing to work within your timetable.

I was very frustrated with the process. There was no way to talk to a person. They just asked you to leave a message and then I would receive a text message indicating that they had received an overwhelming response to the Groupon. I had given up hope. I finally received my tapes and DVD's. the quality was excellent. I wish they were better at communicating and 5 months was way too long.
