Stairs can be cleaned at an additional cost of $2 per step and $5 per landing. A typical staircase contains 13 steps and would total an added cost of $26.

I have a oriental rug in my living room that pretty much covers my entire living room carpet. Is this an extra expense to clean because they would in fact be cleaning the rug and not the actual carpet underneath.

No. As long as you are requesting only the oriental rug to be cleaned, then it will be included in the count for the square footage. If you would like the carpet underneath to be cłeaned as well there would bean extra charge. As a disclaimer, if this is a true oriental rug then we are not responsible for any damage done while cleaning. There has never been an issue before, however due to the cost of the piece we claim no liability.

Is this just a light steam cleaning or are the carpets scrubbed? Is the pet treatment included or extra? How long do the carpets take to dry afterward? Thank you!

The carpets are steam cleaned, not scrubbed. However they can be scrubbed at an additional cost. Pet treatment is an enzyme treatment which is $35 for the first room and $10 per additional room. The carpets will be dried within 3-4 hours.

I would lie to buy one for a gift, however the address s right on the Hampton/export news line, would you do that? 2nd, it consists of 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a set of stairs, could I se the groupon for that configuration?

There are a few ways to fix your problem . The most common way is to put a small patch in. How ever some time we can power stretch the carpet and get enuph out of it to fix your problem. Cost for something like this ranges from $75 to $120

Unfortunately, we are unable to service above the third story. Our equipment is truck mounted and the hoses will not reach nor the suction be effective at that level.

In order to remove pet urine, an enzyme treatment is used. This treatment works as a disinfectant and is very successful in removing the odor. To remove the stain, a urine stain remover is used that is non harmful to owner, pet, or carpet. This stain remover is 80-90% effective.
