When Tiff and Leon founded Tiff’s Treats in 1999, their operation consisted solely of a college apartment oven and a cell phone. Though the business has expanded considerably since then, their locations still specialize in scratch-made cookies delivered warm to waiting doorsteps. 10 flavors pile into gift boxes, including favorites such as peanut butter chocolate chip, white chocolate chip and almond, and snickerdoodle, named after the old-timey term for Garfield comics.
