when you clean the windows, is it just the glass or are the sill included? I have blinds as well that are dirty how much more time is added for those?

Wait...the description states that Kent, Allegan, & Ottawa counties are included, but now you're saying that certain parts of those counties will be charged extra? Please be more specific. At what distance from your base do you charge mileage?

We perfer to start by 9 am or 10 am, natural light helps that i why we like to working earlier, If you need to be home when we clean for you I will schedule you on Satuday by 10 AM..

Groupon is rewording the gas charge. Is New Era in Kent, Ottowa or Allegan Counties. My home base is in Holland, MI and I will travel within the 3 counties but I have to add a gas charge for homes that are far out into those counties, I really don't work out of the 3 counties as of yet.

Hi Sherry, Tiger Cleaning uses standard household cleaning. For example, Endust, Scrubbing Bubbles for bathroom, Lysol Kitchen counter cleaning, and CLR. For wood floors, they use Mr. Clean Anti-bacterial with water. Hope this helps! - Lizz

Hi Emily, no this offer does not include carper cleaning. It's a whole house cleaning in which Tiger Cleaning cleans your home from top to bottom; baths, kitchen, all floors, dusting for cob webs and dusting furniture and baseboards, cleaning inside windows, cleaning furniture, cleaning blinds(always adds time to cleaning). About 3 hours, longer is needed. There will be two cleaners working. We clean your home from top to bottom. baths, kitchen, all floors, dusting for cob webs and dusting furniture and baseboards, cleaning inside windows, cleaning furniture and moving whatever we can to clean under , cleaning blinds(always adds time to cleaning).I bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment. I use regular household cleaning supplies
