Yes we supply loaner gloves and there is no special cloths, but gym shoes are required.

How many classes am I allowed to attend in the 2 weeks with the groupon? Do I need gloves? How long r classes? If I get the one month membership does that include any classes? thanks, never have been there.

Unlimited classes. We provide loaner gloves. The class run 60 minutes but we have you go at your own pace. You get the same benefits with the two week as you do with the one month.
