Each boxing or kickboxing class starts with 15 minutes of stretching, followed by 30 minutes of bag work and calisthenics, and 15 minutes of ab work. Title Boxing Club

At Title Boxing Club, trainers help dramatically transform the body while teaching a rock hard right cross or furious front kick. Students warm up with active stretching before unleashing an assault of jabs, hooks, and roundhouse kicks to unsuspecting but amiable heavy bags. Trainers work their way through the gloved fighters, paying attention to form and balance. While students work in large groups, each workout is individual and can be scaled to meet the fitness needs of each student.
