The fact that Tlapazola Grill's recipes are anchored in Oaxaca doesn't mean the menu has to stay there. Nouvelle French influences sneak into the mix, making themselves apparent in the wild barramundi—sauteed with lime-caper sauce and served with julienne vegetables.
