The technician was much more thorough than the previous time I had my AC serviced. He took the time to straighten a number of bent fins in a radiator-looking devise. He checked many parts of the system. I was so impressed that I offered him a tip of $20 but he declined saying that his company pays him. Jay Werch is a good tech and a fine employee!

we just moved into a new house and the AC stopped working at midnight the first night, called thinking I would just leave a message and someone answered the phone! They had a technician out the next morning! Amazing! Will definitely use again!
