Over the course of three hours, licensed massage therapist Chris N. Lowe instructs couples in basic massage techniques and pressure application aimed at improving overall wellness. Each couple gets to practice these techniques on each other.

Though Chris Lowe received her formal training in kinesiology and exercise physiology, she realized she preferred the more spiritually focused and personal approach of massage. A constant student, she often adds to her repertoire of massage modalities and techniques, sometimes developing her own customized approaches. After leading her guests into a heated, private treatment room, she kneads clients' muscles during Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and pregnancy massages. She also performs massages tailored to those with disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and paraplegia. When not providing massage therapy, Chris passes her techniques onto others by leading private and group workshops in couple's massage and infant massage.
