Train Boot Camp

At Train Boot Camp, exercisers don’t use dumbbells, gyms, or any machines. Instead, participants draw on their own bodies for resistance during workouts led by actual drill instructors with US military experience. Helmed by DI Brooks—who has served both in the Marine Corps and Army as a drill instructor and is a combat veteran—the instructors coax every ounce of effort, sweat, and Gatorade stored in their participants during their four-week programs. Classes meet three days a week either in the morning or the evening, depending on location, as boot campers equipped only with a water bottle strive to complete military-style workouts. In addition to group courses, they also offer personal-training sessions that incorporate weight training, cross training, and boot camp alongside metabolic and fat-content testing.
