- Limit 1 per trip. Limit 4 passengers max. Airport travel includes up to 30 miles for designated airport. $2.50 per extra mile. Extra $15 charge for 1/1, 4/1, 5/28, 7/4, 9/3, 11/23, 12/25. Off Hours Surcharges: pick-ups between 5:00 AM and 5:59 AM and between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM add $15. Pick-ups between midnight and 4:59 AM add $20. Waiting time: $16.50 fee per quarter hour of waiting time, including stops on route. Extra $15 flat fee for international arrival waiting. Extra $5 for 4th passenger. Tolls not included. Gratuity/Service Charge not included.
