The Groupon is only valid as offered, so substitutions would not be available for the services included. The Groupon is valid for any hair length, and you can have them cut as much of your hair as you'd like. Thanks for your interest!

What does a partial color mean? I usually get my hair colored every 3-4 months, but my stylist processes all of my hair.

Thanks for the question! Partial color would just be a root touch-up. If you prefer, you could use the Groupon for partial highlights instead of the root touch-up.

Sorry for the delay! This Groupon would cover partial highlights, which is typically 12-15 foils. They would be applied around the sides to frame the face, and throughout the entire top layer of hair.
