How many highlights are included with the $39 option. Also, I have very, very short hair - not even to my shoulders; I am growing it out. Thank you

Thanks for your interest! The $39 Groupon includes partial highlights, which are just applied through the top visible layer of hair (a few on the crown, sides, back, and framing the face), as opposed to full highlights which are applied throughout all of the layers of hair. The actual number of foils will vary from person to person.
