Turiya Yoga

All eight of the instructors at Turiya Yoga have an RYT 200 certification from Yoga Alliance, which means they have completed 200 hours of accredited yoga training. They put their experience to good use in an array of yoga classes, which center around the classic styles of Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga. Most classes are open to all skill and fitness levels, except for the more challenging Ashtanga-yoga sessions, which require students to transition between more than 70 postures while peeling an avocado. Owner and instructor Melissa Prouty is also a certified birth doula and offers doula services and birthing workshops.
