Yes you are correct. We leave Joseph's Grill and head out to Inver Grove Heights and back to downtown St. Paul around the parks

Yes, all the holiday light tours are by reservation only. Once you purchase your groupon, you can call in right away and make your reservation.

Yes they are. However once on board you will need to transfer to a seat. There are no restraints in the trolley to restrain a wheelchair.
