Questions and Answers

Hmmmm I am guessing The College Night one may have an older crowd – I think that is on Thursday at the Ultra Zone one – I think it would be fun but would hate for it to be me and a bunch of kiddies.
Could I “gift” the members of my own family?
I would assume the gift ones would be good for anyone you wanted

Hi Folks,
This is Sarah with Groupon. Based on the nature of this activity, I do think there will be some kids and teenagers at the facility most of the time – and particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings. Perhaps if you go on a “school night” (Sunday-Thursday) you’ll find it less crowded with students.
That said, this is a great family activity and you are welcome to buy additional passes as gifts for your kids, kids friends, siblings, etc…
Best,
Sarah
I want to clarify the one per customer rule — If I bring five friends, can we use five groupons to play laser tag together at the same time?

Hi Alison,
Yes, you and a group of friends are welcome to play together. You just can’t buy 4 for yourself and go every Thursday for the next month.

Hi Sarah,
Do you know when the coupons expire?—I mean, do the kids have to use them within short period of time?

This Groupon expires six months from tomorrow – on April 7th, 2010.
does the 3-game pass have to be used by the same person? or could three people go in on the same pass?

Katheryn – Yes, the games must be used by the same person.
Can I buy two and then give one of the groupons to another person? Or do I have to do the “gift option” for the second person?

Brandy – Yes, you may buy two and simply give the certificate to another person. You don’t have to specific that it is a gift when you buy it.
Do they all three games have to be played on the same day?

Hi Richard,
Yes, you must use the three games in one visit. My understanding is that each game is about 30 minutes long and you’ll want to play several times anyway while you are there.
Have fun!
Sarah

I soooo want to do laser tag, but from all the Yelp reviews it seems to be a very young crowd. Is there a night when it’s not crawling with youth and the average age is a little bit older?
