Una Bella Yoga

Nicole Larossi stumbled upon yoga when she was pregnant with her first child. It was love at first sight. Amazed at how the practice could lift her mood, focus her mind, and strengthen her body, Nicole studied the art for years and eventually earned certifications to teach aerial and traditional yoga.

A decade removed from her first yoga class, Nicole now owns and operates Una Bella Yoga. She draws on her passion and years of training to conduct yoga classes in both aerial and traditional Vinyasa styles. She even teaches a yoga class for children, leading poses and stretches that build healthy bodies and enable youngsters to fold under their school desks before their teachers can call on them.
