Is this laser treatment capable of complete removal, or does it primarily just minimize the appearance of these veins, at best?

The average for complete removal is 2-5 treatments (spaced out, over time), it is impossible to know how each individual person/area will respond to the treatment. Some spider veins are diminished after one treatment and some need additional treatments.

I have several areas that have spider veins on both legs. Are two legs considered one area of the body, and would you normally be able to treat as many as 8 to 10 spider veins in one 20 minute period? I'm trying to determine if it's going to cost $79 to treat the veins on both legs, or $158, or more.

How many you can treat would depend on the size of the veins, how deep they are, the skin type(amount of energy that can safely be used) and how resistant they might be. However, yes, on average they can treat 5-10 small veins in 20 mins. This can be determined more specifically at first appointment.
