Choose from Three Options
- $49 for five boot-camp classes (a $100 value)
- $59 for one month of unlimited boot-camp classes (a $140 value)
- $99 for three months of unlimited boot-camp classes (a $360 value)
Trainers meet with students three days a week, focusing on cross training on day one, circuit training on day two, and circuit training on day three. Before introducing a student to the regular flow of classes, they begin with an individual fitness evaluation so students can easily measure where they start and how much they improve over the course of training. Each session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. See the schedules for morning and evening class times.
Unlimited Strength Athletics
After a young life full of soccer, gymnastics, and baseball, Carlos Sanchez found himself sitting behind a desk in an office. His constantly recumbent position—combined with eating at office parties and a lack of exercise outside of work—led him to pack on a few pounds. One summer afternoon, he realized he was embarrassed to take his shirt off at the beach, and he vowed to transform himself. Carlos found his own journey to getting in shape to be so exciting that he realized he wanted to do the same thing for others. He became a certified CrossFit trainer and founded Unlimited Strength Athletics to help others achieve the physical fitness and confidence they desire.
