If we decide that it's not for us, can we cancel without any financial obligations beyond what we paid for the Groupon? Or are we locked into paying $30 every two weeks for a year?

Isela- if you do need to cancel your shares, you can do that at anytime during the year without penalty. Since you always pre-pay for the next share, whenever you notify us of your cancellation, you will have one final pickup to return your bin and get your last share.

After receiving the initial half-share of produce, do you have to continue purchasing a half-share (or share) every two weeks, or do you have the option to skip weeks/payments (like if you are out of town or haven't finished the previous share)? My weekly schedules are irregular so sometimes one pick-up location might be more convenient than another. Do we have the option to have our shares delivered to a different location for different weeks, or do we just pick one location at the beginning of the membership for all of our future shares?

Cathy- when you redeem, you would be set-up to receive shares every two weeks. In our online system, however, you can put your share on a temporary hold if you know ahead of time that you will not be in town/available. This hold function can span over several deliveries, or just a single one. You can also change your pickup location in your online account. The only limitation is that the pickup you switch to must be on the same schedule as your current one. If it is on an opposite weekend, we would have to change that for you manually. Hope that helps. Is this a year-long contract or can you cancer your biweekly subscription anytime?
