During 60- to 90-minute classes, trained instructors demonstrate pole-dance maneuvers with an emphasis on poise and exercise. They acclimate amateurs to basic steps at Beginner Pole Dance sessions, and focus on muscle-toning moves for all skill levels throughout Pole Dance Fitness courses. Poleformance classes link transitions and tricks into full-length dance routines.
