Choose Between Two Options

  • $15 for 10 adult or kids' kickboxing or kids’ karate classes (a $250 value)

Kids as young as 3 years old through age 12 learn the foundational techniques of karate and develop muscles while developing values including listening skills, respect, and self-confidence. In kickboxing classes, adults master self-defense skills while whipping into shape. The facility also offers kickboxing for kids aged 8 and older.

For nearly two decades, USA Karate & Fitness Official Training Center’s experienced martial artists have taught students the foundations of karate and self-defense and encouraged them to approach life with positivity. As eager students observe, the certified instructors at each of USA Karate & Fitness Official Training Center's five locations lead them through age-appropriate karate classes, helping them overcome fear and obstacles through basic karate stances and maneuvers. Strength and poise surge within pupils during mixed martial-arts training, helping practitioners harness leverage to administer self-defense blows. Likewise, cardio kickboxing workouts burn calories and impart defense techniques through punching, kicking, and nail-sharpening exercises. Between training sessions, the trainers incorporate karate lessons and Nerf wars into in-studio birthday parties that invite kids and their friends to celebrate a special day under their guidance.
