Taking off on the morning of January 6 at Hammock Beach Resort, the 5K and half-marathon races follow an oceanside course suited to runners and walkers of all abilities. Half-marathon and 5K entrants receive a tech shirt and T-shirt, respectively, and each race concludes with live entertainment and commemorative awards for the first-place finishers in a wide range of age groups. Thanks to timing chips provided by Big Dawg Timing, all finish times will be available immediately after the race.

USRA Half Marathon Series

The USRA Half Marathon Series spans 25 cities, where locals unite to test their competitive spirit in distance road races suited for runners of all physical endurances. Runners can choose from a half marathon or a 5K. Once they cross the finish line, racers in multiple age categories can snag awards for a job well done, regardless of whether they ran individually, as part of corporate teams, or to fundraise for a sanctioned charity program. Postrace activities also include live entertainment at a finish line party.
