Sessions last 60–75 minutes each and take place at a variety of scenic locations in the San Fernando Valley. Each month's progressive fitness program helps improve strength, stamina, and endurance. As the 200th black belt in Chuck Norris’s Tang Soo Do system he knows a thing or two about self-motivation and the positive effects regular exercise can have on a person’s daily life. During each of Valley’s outdoor classes, his staff leads enlistees of all ability levels through programs that can include conventional hiking, jump roping, relay races, and obstacle courses along with less-traditional drills in ballet-based exercises and TRX suspension training.
