Do you have a choice of platform for the game? ie. Playstation, XBox or PC? And is it mailed or picked up with the tickets at the game?

Regarding tickets, if we buy 2 groupons (4 tixs) how can I be sure we will be sitting together? (we don’t want to be separated as we have kids)

@Robbie The best bet to make sure you are all sitting together is to arrive early on game day to get your tickets.

Can you confirm whether the tickets would be for the North side or the South side? I’d like to get tickets in the Southsiders sections, since I want to be cheering all together with the Whitecaps fan.

The tickets will be available first come first serve on game day and are subject to availability. To ensure you are sitting on the side you want, please show up early to pick up your tickets.

The Box Office will be open 2 HOURS PRIOR to the match

okay just to make sure .. i bought 2 groupons so that 4 tickets.. and i get my tickets at the stadiam’s box office and that where will also get my 2 fifa games.. and i can seat anywhere i want as loong as i come early enough ..corrrect?

Is there a limit to how many games there are for each platform? Do you get the video game at the door with your tickets? This is available for the wii correct?

@Muska S. Yes, 2 Groupons=4 tickets and 2 video games. You can pick up the tickets at the box office specified on the redemption instructions of your Groupon. The seats are for the Aqua Section only.

@Lindsay C. There is a limited # of Groupons available for this deal to ensure that there are sufficient number of games for each platform. You will receive your video game from the box office when you pick up your ticket. The game is avalable for Xbox and PS3, not Wii

Is it possible to pick up the tickets/game before the day of the game, such as today?

Also, if not, is there a chance of running out of one console and being stuck with the other?

I notice above you say the game isn’t available for Wii, but the groupon does say Wii. Could you please confirm?

plus the FIFA 11 video game for Wii, Xbox, or PlayStation 3…

When you say there is enough games for each console does this mean that if, for example, 75 groupon are available you have 75 of each game console available (what if everyone wants xbox) or does this mean that there are 25 wii, 25 xbox and 25 playstation. I really want this groupon, but i don’t want to get stuck with a game i can’t play if one console is more popular than the rest. Please clarify.

Can we redeem the tickets today at a ticketmaster box office? or can we only redeem it at the stadium box office on game day?

On the e-mail i received from Groupon for today’s deal it says you can get the FIFA Game for Wii and thats one of the reasons I bought this deal. I was reading the other comments and it says playstaion or x-box but why does it day Wii on the deal I received? I can forward the e-mail if you like.

Unfortunately Wii is not available. You can give the game away as a gift if you like and still get to enjoy the soccer game. This is still a great deal since 2 tickets to the game cost $76.50 retail.

@Cherrie. Only the people who purchased the deal this morning (before you could select the console for which you want the video game) will receive and email. If you just purchased it, the Groupon will be valid for the game console option you picked.

Some merchants are ok with different people redeeming, and some are not, so best to “Buy as a Gift” next time..

Don’t worry. there are enough tickets for everyone. “Subject to availability” means that seat locations are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Also if you go with another couple, there are no guarantees that you will all sit 4 in a row. It is based on first come first serve and availability.

I was wondering if there is any chance to change my order. I have ordered the XBox video game since that’s the console that my son had. However, he apparently broke that last week and bought a PS3 to replace it. I am hoping that it may be possible, or I may have to return this Groupon.

Well, I think this Groupon is a great deal! As a Whitecaps season ticket holder, I am extremely upset at the fact that the organization seems to be giving away tickets so cheaply. In my opinion, it devalues the tickets I bought, not to mention I would love to get a copy of Fifa 11 with my season tickets. See you all Wednesday! Be prepared to stand and sing the entire match!! To all the season ticket holders out there: Your beef is with the Vancouver Whitecaps choosing to work with Groupon in order to sell tickets on the same night as a Canucks playoff game. Erin, and Groupon, are simply doing their job as arranged with the Whitecaps organization.

If you have an issue with this promotion, go talk to the Whitecaps, it was their decision.

my friend bought a groupon for the whitecaps offer that day it was available. she said it appeared that the purchase went through as the usual process occurred with the credit card info and what not. she still hasn’t gotten an email saying that the purchase has been confirmed and still cannot print up her groupon. does it take days sometime for a groupon to be confirmed and available to print? or did this groupon oversell? or maybe it’s just an error with something? sorry just wanted to figure it out because we are going as a group and want to make sure her’s goes through, thanks

On the print out of the Groupon, it says that the box office opens at 6:00 pm but the above states that it opens 2 hrs before the game starts. Which is it?
