Hi,

I know you said ONE per visit, but …What if I purchase and refer a friend and they purchase and we go to the restaurant together getting separate checks. Can we each use our own coupon for that visit? That is the reason I would refer a friend is for us to be able to go to the restaurant together for an experience. I would NOT be paying for her or her for me using the coupon.

I have eaten here 3 times. The food is tasty and reasonably priced for the quality that you get. I actually like that the servings are not enormous. But, the first time I went it was FREEZING- lots of windows and their heat was not on. The last time, it smelled like a sewer when you walked in (probably not their fault but gross!) Also, I have noticed that no one is very helpful about orientating you to how it “works”. You feel kind of stupid and my food was left sitting on the counter without letting me know it was ready. I think they just yelled out “pasta alfredo” or something. I like the individual ordering and checks for lunch with people from work. People can’t seem to split a check these days.

What happens if a place goes out of business before a Groupon is used? There never seems to be many people in Vapiano!

I noticed that on the website it said on Tuesdays you can get a free pizza with the purchase of a bottle of wine. Can the groupon be used to buy a bottle of wine and then get a free pizza?

If you go with a friend be sure to only use one card to charge both your meals to. My friend and I used separate cards and they refused to allow me to use the Groupon to pay for both of them.

Since each individual meal was only $12 dollars it wasn’t really worth using the $20 Groupon.

They said if I had only used one card it would have worked. Seems pretty arbitrary to me.
