Good Morning Andrew, We encourage our patients to think in terms of volume. Patients can have 1/2 liter to 2 liters of fat removed on each side. Look at a liter bottle of coke. If you put that coke bottle on your side you will realize that is a lot of fat. Removing this much reduces inches (not necessarily pounds, though a litter weighs approximately 2.2 pounds).
