The expiration date says that it expires after 180 days after purchase. Does that mean i have only 180 days to go tto the gym and sign up or the deal expires after 180 days even if i don't go to the gym within that time period. Do the deal require additional charges like taxes or do you need to provide a credit card.

The expiration date refers to when you have to activate your three-month membership. There are no extra charges, HST is included.
