In addition to CorePlay and belly-dance classes, Ventura offers several varieties of its signature Nia class. Nia is a sensory-based fitness program that draws on 52 basic moves in martial arts and dance to improve stamina, flexibility, and strength. Scheduled classes generally run 30–60 minutes.
