Choose from Three Options

  • $25 for four vertical fitness classes (a $60 value)
  • $49 for eight vertical fitness classes (a $105 value)
  • $39 for five aerial-hoop classes (a $99.95 value)

Vertical fitness classes teach novices and advanced students the art of choreographed dance and sultry spins while building coordination and core strength. The schedule also includes aerial-hoop dancing classes, which give pupils an all-over workout as they learn to wrap themselves around a ring in midair.

Vertical Fitness Studio

Led by pole fitness competition judge and extensively accredited instructor Valerie Rush, Vertical Fitness Studio helps students build core muscles and self-confidence with acrobatic routines. Each trainer draws from a wealth of certifications and experiences, like Marie Maher’s skills in figure skating, to instill a passion for performance and exercise in students. Outstretched hands trace spiraling swirls around floating hoops and silks, and athletic displays of leg and core strength around poles make participants feel both sexy and healthy. In front of floor-to-ceiling mirrors, the trainers tailor lessons by bestowing as much one-on-one instruction as possible and as few nicknames based on unfortunate middle-school haircuts as possible.
