One-hour Pole Diva 101 classes introduce students to basic spins, floor work, and strength training, and Pole Fit classes combine pole work and body resistance to strengthen and tone in hour-long sessions. Cardio fusion fitness classes coach participants through sessions including Zumba, core yoga, kickboxing, S.W.E.A.T boot camp, and tighten and tone.

Pole Diva classes are structured as a series of classes that must be attended once a week in succession from start to finish. All other classes operate as drop-in classes and can be attended in any order.
