if I was to buy the 500 for 1300 towards any vespa or piaggio 150cc or larger could it go towards a 2010 piaggio 400 mp3 which i think is already on sale for like 6000. Also are you required to have a motorcycle endorsement to ride one of those since it has 3 wheels down here in oregon?
